FLORENCE, AL - The University of North Alabama has been awarded top ranking status by Intelligent.com, a website that provides unbiased research to help students make informed decisions about higher education programs across the United States. UNA was ranked among thousands of public institutions listed as part of the comprehensive research guide based on an assessment of 2,277 accredited colleges and universities.

UNA has been recognized for the following degree programs:

  • MBA in International Business Degree Programs, ranked second in the U.S.
  • Colleges in Alabama, ranked third in the state.
  • Master's in History Degree Programs, ranked 17th in the U.S.
  • Master's in Human and Family Development Degree Programs, ranked 20th in the U.S.
  • History Degree Programs, ranked 21st in the U.S.
  • MBA in Project Management Degree Programs, ranked 31st in the U.S.

The 2021 rankings are calculated through a scoring system which includes student engagement, potential return on investment, and leading third-party evaluations. The methodology used by Intelligent.com uses an algorithm that collects and analyzes multiple rankings into one score in order to compare each university's degree program.
